The project is an approximately 40,000 square foot, 2-story Office/Administration building for Halliburton's Jet Research Center.  Construction was tilt-panel with ribbon window design.  A water will classified as a public water system was required for domestic water for the building as well as for fire sprinklers.  An aerobic septic system managed the buildings waste water.
